Drive category finance and modernization at Haleon in Mississauga, using advanced analysis and Power BI within a hybrid Canadian Finance team.

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will partner with Commercial and Finance colleagues to support growth ambitions. The work spans category finance, annual Net Sales and Profit targets, month-end, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. You will also help modernize finance through AI tools and enhanced Power BI reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support category growth reporting and share key business insights
- Optimize Commercial finance processes and drive efficiencies
- Implement AI tools and enhanced Power BI reports
- Maintain costing information and coordinate corrective actions
- Complete SOX documentation, audits, and financial reporting

Requirements:

- University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Skilled accounting designation required
- Five to seven years Consumer Packaged Goods experience
- Six to seven years advanced Finance analysis experience
- Power BI or SAP P2P knowledge preferred
