This director position guides the Mechanical & Electrical department across healthcare, education, defense, mission critical, and life sciences markets. You will develop client relationships, lead proposals, oversee projects, and mentor engineers and designers while supporting portfolio growth and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop key markets for Mechanical & Electrical disciplines
- Engage clients and participate in account management meetings
- Coordinate proposals and support strategic market planning
- Lead projects as manager, discipline lead, or design engineer
- Mentor teams and coordinate national technical collaboration

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- CAPM or PMP designation
- Minimum 15 years designing electrical building systems
- Qualified Engineer registration with PEO
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary design teams
