The Assistant Supervisor Powerline Technician Cable Crew classification oversees SaskPower employees and helps maintain productive daily operations. You will coach staff, coordinate work plans, and provide departmental leadership. The position requires a journeyperson certification, cable experience, communication skills, and organizational ability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coach, and train assigned SaskPower employees

Requirements:

- Interprovincial Journeyperson Powerline Technician Certificate or equivalent
- One year of related cable experience as a Journeyperson
- Valid Class 1A driver's licence
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor, coach, prioritize, and handle conflict
