As a full-time Warehouse Team Lead, you will manage warehouse operations and coordinate shipping, receiving, and cross-dock activities. You will communicate professionally with internal and external customers while developing productive carrier relationships. The position includes supervising, training, scheduling, and guiding personnel toward department goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and cross-dock activities
- Allocate workloads across material handling and coordination teams
- Schedule employees and monitor team performance
- Maintain accurate inventory through records and physical cycle counts
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain OSHA compliance

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Three to five years of related experience
- College degree in a related field preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills preferred
- Two or more years of secure forklift operation preferred
