This senior specialist manages Commercial General Liability and Auto bodily Injury claims from start to finish. The work spans complex coverage concerns, specialty losses, and multinational exposure. You will collaborate with underwriting, reinsurance, actuary, and senior leadership while supporting claims capability transformation and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex large GL and ABI claims through final disposition
- Investigate liability, damages, coverage, and recovery potential
- Establish reserves and evaluate liability and damages exposure
- Develop litigation, negotiation,



and creative resolution strategies
- Mentor claims professionals through technical guidance and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

- University degree, two-year college diploma, or completed CIP designation
- Eight to ten years of general claims handling experience
- Experience with GL, ABI, environmental, construction, or specialty claims
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
