Apply portfolio analysis and investment policy expertise as a Portfolio Analyst with Scotiabank’s Managed Portfolio Program in Toronto. This is a 10-month contract.

Supporting Investment and Advisory Solutions within Scotia Wealth Management, you will help deliver team strategies and objectives. The work includes reviewing Investment Policy Statements, assessing KYC and program suitability, and managing compliance communications. You will also support advisors and administrative requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review Investment Policy Statements for KYC and program suitability
- Track Investment Policy Statement violations through closure
- Answer policy, program, and rejected account inquiries
- Conduct investigations and implement corrective or risk mitigation actions
- Support compliant, efficient day-to-day program operations

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree
- CFA Level 1 preferred
- Experience working effectively with Advisors
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Excel VBA experience preferred
