As a Senior Analyst or Consultant, you will work within a small team led by an experienced Source-to-Pay consultant. Your work includes stakeholder interviews, information gathering, data analysis, process mapping, software configuration, activity coordination, and report preparation. The position requires collaboration, adaptability, communication, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of client project work as directed
- Develop and coordinate client action plans
- Train customers on software applications
- Conduct follow-up meetings about recommended changes
- Identify business opportunities and support partner referrals
Requirements:
- One to three years of experience
- University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Coupa or other Source-to-Pay solution experience preferred
- Management, consulting, or professional services experience preferred
