About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote design team. This role is pivotal in creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our client's digital products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from conceptualization and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and visual appeal.
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.




- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design , supported by a strong portfolio showcasing impactful projects.
- Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Demonstrated experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
