Through our technology division, It's Here Delivery, we're building AI-powered SaaS platforms designed to help logistics providers, warehouses, retailers, and enterprise customers automate operations, improve efficiency, and make smarter business decisions.

We're looking for an experienced Senior AI Integration Engineer / MCP Systems Architect to help design, develop, and deploy the AI infrastructure powering our next generation of logistics technology.

About the Role

This is a hands-on software engineering position for someone who enjoys building real-world AI applications, integrating enterprise systems, and solving complex technical challenges.

You'll work with Model Context Protocol (MCP), Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Go, and Node.js to create intelligent systems that automate business operations.

Rather than simply experimenting with AI models, you'll be responsible for developing secure, reliable, production-ready software that connects AI to real business systems.

You'll collaborate with our engineering and product teams to turn operational challenges into scalable software solutions.

What You'll Be Building

You'll help develop AI-powered solutions for real-world logistics and business operations, including:

- Warehouse Automation: AI agents that retrieve inventory information, interact with warehouse systems, and automate operational workflows.
- Transportation & Dispatch: Intelligent integrations that support shipment tracking, transportation coordination, and dispatch operations.
- Customer Service Automation: AI assistants that retrieve order information, answer operational questions, and execute approved tasks through connected systems.
- Enterprise AI Integration: MCP-based services that allow AI agents to securely access business applications, databases, and APIs.
- Business Intelligence: AI-powered tools that help teams access operational data, generate insights, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & MCP Development

- Design, develop, and maintain MCP servers, tools, resources, and integrations.
- Build AI agents capable of interacting with enterprise software, databases, and external services.
- Develop intelligent workflows using LLM APIs, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
- Create reusable AI integration components that can scale across multiple applications.
- Evaluate and improve AI reliability, performance, and accuracy.

Backend Engineering & Integration

- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang) and Node.js.




- Develop secure REST APIs and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Connect AI applications with enterprise platforms such as warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and other business applications.
- Design scalable, maintainable backend architectures.
- Build and maintain reliable integrations that handle errors, retries, and system failures.

Security, Deployment & Reliability

- Implement secure authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and authorization.
- Protect sensitive operational and customer data.
- Implement logging, monitoring, auditing, and appropriate human approval controls for AI-driven actions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on testing, deployment, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for someone with strong software engineering fundamentals and proven experience developing AI-powered applications.

Professional Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience developing AI/LLM applications or integrations.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining production software.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, API integrations, and scalable distributed systems.

Required Technical Skills

- Go (Golang): Minimum 1 year of professional development experience.
- Node.js: Minimum 1 year of professional development experience.
- MCP: Practical knowledge of Model Context Protocol architecture, including servers, tools, resources, and AI integrations.
- LLM Integration: Experience working with LLM APIs, such as OpenAI or similar providers.
- AI Agents: Hands-on experience building AI agents, tool-calling workflows, or intelligent automation systems.
- API Development: Experience creating and integrating secure REST APIs.
- Software Engineering: Strong debugging, testing, version control, and code maintenance practices.

We particularly value candidates who have personally built and deployed AI integrations—not just researched AI technologies or managed projects involving them.

Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

- LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or MCP SDKs.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, or vector databases.




- PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven architectures, or microservices.
- Enterprise SaaS applications, workflow automation, or mobile application integrations.
- Logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain, or order management technology.

You do not need experience with every tool listed above. We value strong engineering fundamentals, the ability to learn new technologies, and demonstrated experience delivering working software.
