About RAW Sports

RAW Sports is a Calgary-based youth football training and development organization. We run football camps in 15 cities, Jr. Cardinals flag football leagues in Calgary and Edmonton, year-round strength and conditioning programs, and our own RAW apparel line. Most of what we do happens here in Calgary, and we want our TikTok and Instagram to show it.

About the role

You'll work closely with our creative lead, who sets the ideas and direction for our social channels. Your job is to bring those ideas to life: capturing strong photo and video, and editing it into content that's ready to post. You'll be part of our team, working with every part of our organization. This is a contract position, with part-time or full-time hours available.

What you'll do

- Shoot photos and video at our camps, flag football games, training sessions and events around Calgary
- Edit short-form video (Reels and TikToks) and photos to the brief you're given
- Work from shot lists and direction from our creative lead
- Capture content for all of our programs: camps, flag football, training and apparel
- Keep footage organized and deliver finished pieces on deadline

What we're looking for

- You live in Calgary or the immediate area. This is required, as all content is shot and edited here.
- A portfolio or reel of social content that you shot and edited yourself




- Robust editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar)
- Comfortable filming fast-moving sports with kids and teens
- Reliable: you show up, communicate and meet deadlines
- Available some evenings and weekends, when our camps and league games run
- Able to pass a police information check with a vulnerable sector check, as you'll be working around youth (we cover the cost)

Nice to have

- Experience shooting sports, especially football

What we offer

- $20–$30 per hour, based on experience

- Steady work with one team throughout the year, busiest in spring and summer
