Job Overview

- We are seeking a friendly, dependable Cashier/Customer Service , cook team member to support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- This role combines cashiering, cook , customer service, and merchandising. You’ll help customers find products, explain features, demonstrate items when appropriate, and keep the kitchen floor organized.
- The ideal candidate communicates clearly, enjoys helping people, and can balance accurate transactions with attentive service.

Duties

- Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide courteous, responsive customer service in person and by phone.
- Operate the POS system, process purchases and returns, and handle cash and other payment methods accurately.
- Use basic math to verify transactions, provide correct change, and assist with routine register tasks.
- Support retail sales by learning product features and helping customers choose items that meet their needs.
- Explain product benefits, conduct product demos when appropriate, and assist with technology sales or other specialized products as needed.
- Identify opportunities for helpful upselling without pressuring customers.
- Replenish, arrange,



and maintain displays; assist with merchandising, pricing, and keeping the sales area neat.
- Answer calls using professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Coordinate with coworkers to keep service moving smoothly and complete assigned tasks on time.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a professional approach to resolving questions.
- Accuracy with cash handling, cashiering, POS transactions, and basic math.
- Valuable time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy retail environment.
- Ability to learn product information and explain it clearly; technical sales experience or experience giving product demonstrations is a plus.
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
