Description

We are looking for an experienced clinic administrator to manage our multidisciplinary clinic. Effective communication skills and excellent customer skills are essential. We treat a variety of patients including extended health, private, MVA, and WSIB. Languages spoken is a definite asset as well as proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and other software programs. Those with experience using Universal Scheduling Program will have a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

- Patient scheduling
- Placing reminder calls to clients and past clients of services previously provided with the goal of generating potential bookings




- Communicating with insurance companies
- Follow-up calls and written communications to clients and insurance companies regarding outstanding billings
- Communicating via phone, email, or in person
- Communicating and enforcing clinic polices
- Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner
- Managing difficult patients and problems
- Payment processing
- Document Management (scanning, faxing, shredding, sorting)
- Data collection
- Ordering supplies and informing the owner when recent supplies are needed
- Maintaining clean appearance of patient reception and front desk

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
