About the Role

Optimum Staffing Solutions Inc. is hiring Line Attendants for a long-term client in the home care chemicals manufacturing industry. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who can work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced production workplace.

Quality, safety, and pride in your work must be a priority.

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production lines and equipment.
- Assist with filling, labelling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Follow production instructions and meet daily production targets.
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform other general production duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous manufacturing, production,



or line attendant experience is an asset, but not a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be available to work the night shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
