We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children in their own homes. Duties

- Supervise children during daily routines, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences
- Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and teaching moments to promote development
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing regular cleaning tasks and tidying up play areas
- Assist with light caregiving duties such as diapering, dressing, and administering basic first aid if necessary
- Support children with disabilities or special needs by implementing tailored care strategies




- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns

Requirements

- Proven experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity
- Ability to prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong skills in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a secure home environment
- Compassionate caregiving skills with patience, flexibility, and positive energy
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Valid background check and references demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness
