Job Summary:

G-Force is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be responsible for protecting company assets, minimizing inventory shrinkage, and maintaining a secure and secure workplace for clients and employees. Your primary role will be to prevent theft, shoplifting, fraud, and inventory loss while monitoring premises, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor store premises to prevent theft, shoplifting, and inventory loss.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular store patrols to identify potential security risks.
- Investigate theft incidents and inventory discrepancies.
- Inspect merchandise and stockrooms to prevent losses.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations.
- Report suspicious activities to management when necessary.
- Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures.
- Provide professional customer service while maintaining store security.

Requirements:





- Previous experience in loss prevention or security is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is an asset.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
