Reporting to the Senior Controller, the experienced Controller oversees financial operations and supports strategic business growth. Responsibilities include budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, and process improvement. The role also supports payroll, tax filing, and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
- Strengthen financial controls, policies, and accounting procedures
- Oversee accounts payable,



receivable, payroll, and tax filings
- Provide insights to executives and departmental managers

Requirements:

- CPA designation or equivalent required
- Five or more years of progressive private-company reporting experience
- Experience with FP&A; and cash flow forecasting
- Robust private-enterprise accounting standards competency
- Legal authorization to work full time in Canada
