Oversee reverse logistics operations using TMS, WMS, and transport routing software while coordinating returns, transfers, and OS&D; activities daily.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Reverse Logistics Supervisor leads daily warehouse and driver return processes. The role manages RMA workflows, returned goods, freight tendering, shipment monitoring, and discrepancy investigations. Accurate documentation, timely communication, and SOP compliance support clients, Metro Claims, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage returns from RMA through returned goods processing
- Schedule shift labor and conduct employee briefings
- Supervise return loading, staging, tagging, and sorting
- Monitor documentation, BOLs, POD uploads, and transportation boards




- Coach employees and administer performance appraisals

Requirements:

- Five years of warehouse experience
- Two years of leadership experience, preferably within Lastmile
- Proficiency with TMS, Microsoft Office, and routing software
- Previous Warehouse Management Information System experience
- Robust communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities
