Lead Asundexian’s Canadian launch strategy at Bayer from Mississauga, using market insights and cross-functional leadership in a flexible hybrid workplace.

Reporting to Bayer Inc.’s President and CEO, this Product Lead holds strategic, launch, and financial accountability for Asundexian in Canada. You will translate customer insights into strategic choices, coordinate market readiness, and support launch execution subject to regulatory approval. The role spans Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Customer Engagement, Patient Support, Operations, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Canadian launch planning, execution, and early optimization
- Develop multi-year roadmaps with milestones, risks, and performance indicators
- Translate global brand strategy into Canadian positioning and engagement plans




- Align cross-functional teams and remove execution barriers
- Represent Bayer with Canadian external healthcare stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, or related discipline
- Minimum eight years of strategic pharmaceutical or biotechnology leadership
- Recent successful Canadian pharmaceutical launch experience required
- Experience leading complex cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Cardiovascular, neurology, or hospital-market experience strongly preferred
