Plan mining maintenance with Maximo at Sandvik’s Upper Beaver site near Kirkland Lake, working onsite Monday through Friday during regular daytime hours.
This Maintenance Planner supports Sandvik’s full maintenance contract at Upper Beaver. You will coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and backlog work while maintaining accurate data across Maximo and the customer’s CMMS. The position supports equipment availability and safe, efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop short and long term maintenance schedules
- Issue preventive maintenance work to technicians
- Coordinate labour, materials, tools, and equipment access
- Maintain work orders, equipment history, and maintenance data
- Generate maintenance reports and coordinate warranty work
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance planning experience in mining or heavy equipment
- Experience using Maximo, JDE, or another CMMS
- Knowledge of heavy duty underground mining equipment
- Solid planning, scheduling, reporting, and analytical skills
- Availability for onsite weekday daytime work at Upper Beaver
