The Practice Manager supports practice groups by coordinating business planning, operational processes, performance reporting, and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Practice Director, this role works with Practice Directors, Practice Group Leaders, Department Chairs, and Business Services leaders. Success requires financial acumen, analytical judgment, and disciplined follow-through across complex initiatives. The position translates priorities into action while strategic direction and final decisions remain with the Senior Practice Director.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily operations and implement approved practice-group business plans
- Build action plans, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables
- Analyze billings, collections, realization,



utilization, and profitability
- Prepare reporting packages, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Manage projects, meetings, dependencies, outcomes, and escalation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, finance, or related discipline
- Five to seven years of relevant professional-services experience
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Solid planning, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
