Flight Centre Travel Group in Vancouver, BC, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our Digital Workplace team. This Level 2 role provides triage, investigation, and resolution across critical platforms used by onboarding and customer success teams, including Salesforce, Nintex K2, and Power Platform.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA to diagnose issues, create runbooks, and communicate clearly to non-technical users while upholding SLAs and security
