As a Senior Business Analyst and Governance Lead, you will gather requirements, map processes, document initiatives, and coordinate governance activities. The work supports portfolio intake, EDMO compliance, reporting requirements, controls, risk management, and continuous improvement. You will facilitate workshops and translate business needs into user stories and process flows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, analysis, and documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across business and technology teams
- Manage portfolio intake requests and tracking




- Maintain governance artifacts and monitor milestones
- Support EDMO compliance, controls, audits, and mandatory deliverables

Requirements:

- Five or more years of related Business Analysis experience
- Robust requirements elicitation and process documentation skills
- Experience with governance frameworks, controls, risk, and compliance
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint experience is an asset
