This full time permanent position supports transmission and distribution vegetation work. You will develop work plans, prepare vegetation prescriptions, manage contracts, and address risks affecting system reliability. The role requires frequent field work across urban, rural, and wilderness areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual and long-term vegetation management work plans
- Prepare site-specific prescriptions and operational work packages
- Oversee contractor crews, inspections, payments, and performance
- Gather patrol evidence and implement vegetation risk mitigation




- Coordinate encroachment responses, stakeholders, and removal resources

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant discipline
- FPBC registration or qualifying arborist certification
- Four years’ utility or forestry vegetation management experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence in good standing
- Required contract administration and environmental courses
