Rightway Recruitment is expanding into Alberta and seeks a Calgary-based 360 Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end client development and candidate delivery in mechanical and electrical construction. You’ll build relationships, win new business, and place top talent with the support of founders and modern tools.

This role offers fully work from home, flexibility to work overseas with pre-approval, and an uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $140K–$150K+.
