As a Regional Relief Pharmacist, you will support assigned pharmacies across the territory. You will provide qualified clinical services, patient education, and customer service. The work includes disease state management, medication reviews, adherence support, health risk assessments, and injections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate patient-centered care within the assigned territory
- Counsel patients and caregivers about new therapies
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and document properly
- Deliver medication reviews, injections, and health risk assessments
- Maintain prescription safety and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing within the responsible province
- Injection and First Aid Certification
- Kroll software experience preferred
- Current pharmacy practice and regulatory knowledge
