Dealership Maintenance & Lot Attendant – 130 Avenue SE Automall, Calgary

McManes Automotive Group is looking for a dependable and hands-on Dealership Maintenance & Lot Attendant to support multiple of our South Calgary dealership locations.

We are looking for a full-time motivated, reliable, and resourceful individual to help maintain our dealership grounds, keep our lot clean and organized, and assist with general facility maintenance throughout the year. From snow removal and shovelling in the winter to landscaping and lawn care in the summer, this role is essential to keeping our dealership safe, clean, and presentable.The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and can work independently while supporting the needs of the dealership team.

Responsibilities:

- Perform snow removal and shovelling around dealership entrances, walkways, and other designated areas
- Maintain dealership grounds throughout the year, including seasonal cleanup, general lot upkeep, and keeping parking lots and outdoor areas clean and free of debris
- Assist with summer landscaping duties, including lawn care, mowing, trimming, weeding, and maintaining garden beds
- Assist with general facility maintenance, including painting, minor repairs, and other upkeep as required
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance throughout the dealership property
- Assist with moving equipment, furniture, supplies,



and other items as needed
- Gather and organize tools and supplies required for maintenance tasks
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stored
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, hazards, or repairs requiring further attention
- Follow all applicable Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Assist with additional maintenance and lot duties as required
- Travel between South Calgary dealership locations to perform responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, lot duties, or a similar hands-on role is an asset
- A valid Alberta Driver’s Licence is required
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including shovelling, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic, willingness to take initiative, and ability to follow instructions
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Hours & Compensation:

- Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
- Hourly Wage: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
