Lead recruitment and payroll for Brilliant Harvest as an HR Generalist serving Western Canada, with Calgary office visits every two months.

This hands-on HR Generalist builds and runs the HR function at Brilliant Harvest. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, talent management, payroll, and advantages. The work also covers employee relations, performance reviews, compliance, health and safety, privacy, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own full-cycle recruitment and maintain talent pipelines
- Deliver onboarding and manage employee lifecycle activities
- Process bi-weekly payroll, bonuses, and tax reports
- Administer benefits, disability programs, and WCB claims
- Maintain policies, HRIS records, and employee privacy

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Five-plus years of progressive HR experience
- Full-cycle recruitment and payroll administration experience
- Knowledge of Alberta employment, OHS, WCB, human rights, and privacy legislation
- HRIS and payroll systems administration experience
