Support athletic centre members at the University of Toronto through Fusion transactions, program information, and welcoming customer service. This full-time schedule runs weekdays.

Reporting to the Manager, Active Healthy Living Centre, the Customer Experience Representative serves current and potential members. The position delivers rapid, efficient, friendly service while representing the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education inclusively. Responsibilities include membership sales, program registrations, scheduling, reporting, issue resolution, and information sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process membership sales and program registrations using Fusion
- Complete towel, locker, and other customer transactions
- Explain eligibility requirements, procedures, policies, and deadlines




- Troubleshoot routine issues and disseminate information
- Apply established standards during emergencies

Requirements:

- Advanced College Diploma or equivalent experience
- Three years’ front-desk experience in an athletic facility
- One year using Fusion for transactions, scheduling, and reporting
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
