Lead furniture product development through CAD, sourcing, and production in a hybrid setting supporting modern home collections. Bring designs from concept to market.

Reporting to the Manager, Product Development and Sourcing, this Product Developer leads new introductions across categories. You will manage development calendars, create technical packages, and coordinate manufacturers, internal teams, and Quality Control. Commercial judgment supports costing, value engineering, and target margins.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead new products from concept and design through production
- Create CAD drawings, 3D models, and technical packages
- Manage samples, costings, approvals, and development milestones
- Review samples with Quality Control and manufacturing partners




- Support private label development and product forecasting

Requirements:

- Three to five plus years of product development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in design, merchandising, business, or related field
- Proficiency with CAD, 3D software, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with technical packages and manufacturer sampling rounds
- Knowledge of materials, costing, negotiation, and wholesale pricing
