Provide autonomous seniors health care as a Registered Nurse with SE Health, using evidence-informed practice and client- and family-centered care.

This casual Registered Nurse position covers evening and night shifts. You will deliver integrated, holistic nursing care in supportive living or long-term care, meeting physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs. New graduates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess residents and develop, implement, review, and evaluate care plans
- Provide nursing care following standards, policies, and physicians’ orders
- Monitor conditions, document changes, and arrange clinical referrals
- Advocate for residents and families while promoting independence
- Lead multidisciplinary collaboration, teaching, delegation,



and care planning

Requirements:

- Current Registered Nurse certificate with CARNA in good standing
- Valid Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Level C CPR certificate
- Recent experience with elderly or disabled persons preferred
- Solid communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills
- Ability to lift approximately fifty-five pounds and move frequently
