Summit seeks an advisor for its growing Benefits & Life practice. You will own a pipeline, engage business owners and HR leaders, and turn conversations into clients. The work combines group insurance knowledge, confident communication, and relationship management across onboarding and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect business owners and human resources leaders
- Open doors and develop new opportunities
- Design and present group benefits solutions
- Manage relationships through onboarding and renewals
- Build and grow a book of business

Requirements:

- Three or more years of employee benefits experience
- Life and Accident and Sickness license
- Confidently simplify complex benefits discussions
- Comfort hearing no and continuing forward
- Autonomous, organized, driven, competitive approach
