The Bilingual Technical Project & Business Analyst leads technology projects supporting Chartwell’s business objectives. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and coordinate delivery from planning through implementation and post-go-live support. The position requires English and French fluency, stakeholder management, and solid analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, document, and validate requirements with Chartwell stakeholders
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables
- Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks,



and budgets
- Coordinate business units, IT teams, and vendors
- Support implementations, training, and post-go-live stabilization

Requirements:

- Fluency in both English and French
- Minimum five years in analysis or project management
- Enterprise hardware and software implementation experience
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and priorities
- Valid driver’s licence and Canadian travel availability
