Lead production operations at Saputo in Brandon, Manitoba, using plant supervision, safety leadership, and continuous improvement expertise. This is an on-site position.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager supervises plant operations and personnel producing quality products efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. The role leads production personnel and supervisors while coordinating equipment, schedules, quality, sanitation, and departmental activities. It also supports HACCP, BRC, and collective agreement administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, direct, and guide production personnel and supervisors
- Monitor equipment and personnel scheduling against production requirements
- Maintain protected employee working conditions and address risks
- Track costs, trends, results,



and corrective actions
- Coordinate with Saputo departments and administer collective agreements

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years supervisory or management experience
- Packaging or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication and employee relations skills
- Continuous improvement implementation and understanding experience
- Availability Monday to Friday during core hours, with occasional on-call duties
