Apply security analysis and risk management expertise as an Officer supporting SeMS initiatives at Toronto Pearson International Airport. This unionized role is based on a 37.5-hour work week.

Reporting to the Manager, Quality and Performance Management, you will support development, implementation, and monitoring of GTAA Security Management Systems. The work focuses on incident monitoring, gap analysis, accurate records, and corrective action. You will also help maintain the SeMS framework across security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support GTAA SeMS development, implementation, and monitoring
- Monitor security incidents, concerns, gaps, and corrective actions
- Lead root cause analysis with process owners and stakeholders




- Create monthly Security Scorecards using analyzed security data
- Improve SeMS reporting, documentation, procedures, and assessments

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma or five years comparable airport experience
- Ability to obtain and retain Transport Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain a D/A Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit
- Knowledge of Aeronautics Act, CASRs, ASM, and ICAO Annex 17
- Experience airside at Toronto Pearson is an asset
