Manage post-award project contracts in Calgary using contract administration, change management, and supplier performance monitoring skills. This contract role follows a five-days-on, two-days-off schedule.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting an SCM Contracts Advisor for the oil and gas sector. Reporting to the Manager, SCM Projects, you will administer assigned contracts while coordinating with SCM Sourcing, PMT, CMT, suppliers, and stakeholders. The work includes onboarding, documentation, cost tracking, sourcing support, and close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer contracts according to Cenovus policies, terms, and approval requirements
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, kick-off meetings, agendas, minutes, and action logs
- Monitor performance, milestones, costs, schedules, risks, and outstanding items
- Track changes, amendments, commitments, forecasts,



spend, and purchase orders
- Coordinate contract close-out, final documentation, feedback, and file closure

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in contracts, procurement, supply chain, or project support
- Post-secondary education in supply chain, business, engineering, or related discipline
- Knowledge of contract administration, sourcing, commercial processes, and legal terms
- Microsoft Office and ERP, e-sourcing, or contract systems experience
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
