Senior Technical Product Manager - AI Governance & Compliance

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a senior product manager for its Enterprise Architecture team, supporting the AI-Powered Software Delivery initiative in Toronto. The role owns product vision, strategy, and roadmap for capabilities that modernize enterprise software delivery with AI.

Responsibilities

- Set product direction and maintain an outcome-driven roadmap for AI-powered software delivery capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and Enterprise Architecture to sequence delivery and balance feasibility with value.
- Align stakeholders across risk, compliance, delivery teams, and leadership.
- Manage products from planning through launch and follow-up, including release planning, communications, user guides, and enablement.
- Define and track product success measures, including adoption, engagement, NPS, and time-to-value.




- Conduct user and market research and promote responsible, governed AI.

Qualifications

- 5-7+ years of product management experience, including ownership from strategy through launch and iteration.
- Experience defining product vision and roadmaps in cross-functional technical environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication, prioritization, and data-informed decision-making skills.
- Experience with go-to-market planning, release management, and product communications or enablement.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and responsible AI considerations.

Experience with developer tools, platform products, software delivery tooling, financial services, regulated industries, enterprise architecture, or cloud platforms is an asset.

Location: Toronto, Ontario. Employment: Full time, salaried; 37.5 hours per week.
