Receiving Operator III

Location: Regina, SK

Pay rate: $25/hr + 5.77% vacation pay

Shift Schedule:

Through December 2026

- Monday to Thursday
- 10-hour regular shifts
- 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Effective January 2027

- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour rotating shifts
- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM OR 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Duration: November 30th to end of July 2027

Kelly® is hiring a Receiving Operator III for an opportunity with our client. If you have hands-on experience in logistics, material handling, warehousing, tank farm operations, or manufacturing and enjoy working in a safety-focused environment, this could be a great next step.

What’s a typical day as a Receiving Operator III?

In this role, you’ll support receiving and material-handling operations while working with bulk materials and associated equipment. The position requires strong attention to safety, organization, teamwork, and changing operational priorities.

What are the qualifications?

Education

- Grade 12 Diploma or GED required.

Experience

- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Experience in Tank Farm Operations, Logistics, Material Handling, Warehousing, or Manufacturing Operations preferred.
- Experience unloading railcars, tank trucks, and ISO containers preferred.
- Experience working with flammable, hazardous, and temperature-sensitive materials preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

- Strong teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.




- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing operational demands.
- Working knowledge of pumps, valves, tank systems, steam heating systems, and bulk material transfer processes.
- Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience is considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reliable transportation required, as the work location may not always be accessible by public transit at shift start and end times.

Additional Requirements

- Interview: Required, in person or virtual. Candidates must be local.
- Medical Screening: Required, including respirator screening.
