Job Summary

We are hiring a Production Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in Oakville, ON, offering $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. As a Production Associate, you will support daily production flow by preparing materials, handling metal powders, cleaning and finishing parts, maintaining records, and helping the team meet throughput targets. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, sieve, weigh, and stage metal powders and materials for production.
- Maintain accurate records for material handling, traceability, and consumption.
- Perform blasting, surface preparation, washing, cleaning, and finishing of parts according to specifications.
- Inspect parts for visible defects or damage and report quality concerns to leadership.
- Load, unload, move, and stage parts, fixtures, and consumables to support production flow.
- Assist with general production support tasks, including wire cutting and part marking when trained and qualified.
