Reporting to the Director of Operations, this District Manager oversees Recent Brunswick Popeyes restaurants and their ongoing improvement. The position requires food industry experience, remote management proficiency, and strong communication. You will maintain standards, financial metrics, and accountability across the restaurant network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple locations while maintaining operational efficiency and company standards
- Oversee staffing, inventory, quality control, and customer service
- Mentor Restaurant Managers and staff through accountability and teamwork




- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for improvement
- Manage budgets, cost controls, compliance, and site evaluations

Requirements:

- Food industry experience managing multiple restaurant locations
- Branded concept experience considered an asset
- Proficiency in remote management across concurrent locations
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s license and personal vehicle
