You will coordinate services, communicate with physicians when applicable, and help maintain access to therapy. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct welcome calls, gather information, and obtain patient consent
- Explain case management, reimbursement, training, and prescription coordination

Requirements:

- College diploma or university degree
