RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDEDWe are seeking a Maintenance Advisor to support day-to-day maintenance operations and help ensure repair activities are completed efficiently and with minimal downtime. In this role, you will work closely with shop teams, customers, and suppliers to coordinate service needs, identify and source parts, and support the timely progression of repairs. The position plays an important role in maintaining workflow, improving communication across stakeholders, and helping maintenance activities run smoothly from start to finish.

Requirements:
Journeyperson Parts Technician certificate requiredFive years of related experienceExperience in parts, maintenance, or a service shop environmentStrong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teamsAbility to manage competing priorities and work collaborativelyProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance or inventory systems is an assetDon’t have all the qualifications listed? Coordinate service requests and provide customers with repair updatesSource and order parts; track deliveries, backorders, and returnsLiaison with our vendor management inventory supplierSupport work order preparation and maintain accurate recordsWork with maintenance teams and suppliers to resolve delays and support repair prioritiesContribute to safe work practices, cost control, and process improvements Location and other key details:You will work out of the Syncrude Mildred Lake, Light Duty and Support Shop in Fort McMurrayIf you reside outside of Fort McMurray, relocation of your primary residence to within 60 km of Fort McMurray is mandatory.
