Greenway Realty is seeking a Senior Manager, Property Operations & Projects, to own the day-to-day performance of its 275-home PEI portfolio. The role demands ownership, organization and accountability across operations, projects and budgets.

You will lead maintenance, leasing staff, and coordinate contractors while ensuring compliance and timely resolution of issues. A solid background in operations, project management or related fields is expected.
