As AI Learning Associate Director, you will advise business, learning, and technology leaders on workforce transformation. You will build scalable learning roadmaps, programs, and experiences that translate emerging AI priorities into measurable business impact. The role connects adult learning, organizational change, and AI capability development across EY Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define capability priorities supporting EY Canada’s AI transformation strategy
- Develop enterprise AI learning roadmaps aligned with business priorities
- Lead design and deployment of firmwide AI learning programs




- Translate AI priorities into scalable learning solutions
- Monitor adoption, engagement, and business feedback

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in learning and development or related fields
- Understanding of emerging AI trends, technologies, and use cases
- Solid consulting, influencing, and executive stakeholder skills
- Deep knowledge of adult learning and organizational change
- Proficiency with AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms
