This full-time Continuous Improvement Specialist reports to the Senior Manager Operational Excellence. You will lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement projects across multiple locations. The work spans operations, portfolio companies, frontline teams, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects across locations
- Identify waste, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process variation
- Facilitate root-cause analysis, process mapping, and 5S
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Coach teams in continuous improvement methodologies

Requirements:

- Five or more years in operational excellence or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or related discipline
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Advanced Excel and robust analytical capabilities
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
