Lakeridge Health is seeking a Director to lead and integrate the Nephrology and Endocrinology program across multiple sites within the Durham Region. The role reports to the Health System Executive and requires steering strategic initiatives aligned with the Ontario Renal Plan 4 and ORN priorities.

The Director will guide clinical program development, foster collaboration with regional nephrology programs, and lead a high-engagement, high-performance team to improve patient outcomes.
