Imagine Health Medical Clinics is a multi-disciplinary healthcare organization committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are looking for a reliable and patient-focused Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Book and manage appointments for family physicians and specialists
- Greet and check in patients
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
- Update patient information and complete data entry in the EMR
- Respond to patient inquiries by phone and in person
- Confirm appointments and follow up on no-show patients
- Process patient payments and complete daily cash/POS reconciliation
- Prepare receipts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Manage referrals, consultation notes, faxing, and document imports
- Support physicians and clinic staff with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications





- Minimum 1 year of medical office experience
- Family practice or specialist clinic experience is an asset
- Medical Office Administration education or equivalent experience
- Previous EMR experience required; CHR experience is an asset
- Strong computer, typing, and organizational skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to communicate in Ukrainian an asset
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy clinic setting

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
