Overview

- The Screen Print Helper supports daily production in a screen-printing operation, helping prepare materials, keep equipment and work areas organized, and ensure finished products are packaged accurately.
- This hands-on role is suited to someone who enjoys practical work, follows instructions carefully, and can work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
- Training may be provided on job-specific processes and equipment.

Duties

- Assist screen-printing staff with preparing garments, materials, screens, and supplies for production.
- Load and unload items, move materials between work areas, and help keep production flowing.
- Support printing and finishing tasks by following work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect completed items for print quality, alignment, and visible defects; report concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Fold, sort, label, and package finished products for storage or shipment.
- Maintain an orderly work area and follow workplace safety procedures.




- Assist with basic equipment cleaning and routine upkeep as directed.
- Help with warehouse tasks, including organizing inventory and staging materials.
- Operate a forklift only if trained and authorized.

Experience

- Previous experience in manufacturing, screen printing, or another production environment is helpful but not required.
- Packaging or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort working around production equipment are beneficial.
- Forklift experience is an advantage; candidates must follow all applicable training and authorization requirements before operating equipment.
- Exposure to machining or other hands-on industrial work is welcome.
- Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, work safely, and perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving materials as required.

Pay: $17.11-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
