Atwill-Morin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager, Restoration to join our GTA restoration team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing Restoration Projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, schedules and site activities
- Assist with estimating, procurement, change orders and project documentation
- Track project costs, progress and invoicing
- Review drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents and clients
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of construction experience preferred
- Masonry/restoration experience is an asset
- Solid organization and communication skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Construction Management or Engineering education is an asset
