Retail Store Manager – TELUS Authorized Dealer

Wireless City Inc. is seeking a motivated, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead one of our TELUS Authorized Dealer locations. We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching people, growing sales, building customer relationships, and creating a high-performing retail environment.

As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, develop your team, and drive sales across TELUS mobility, devices, accessories, and other telecommunications solutions. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving store sales targets and operational objectives.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of retail sales representatives to achieve individual and store performance targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Build a positive, accountable, customer-focused team culture.
- Recognize solid performance and help team members develop their careers.

Sales & Business Growth

- Drive store revenue by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Promote TELUS mobility plans, smartphones, accessories, device protection, and other available products and services.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through add-on sales, upgrades, and customer retention.
- Execute TELUS and dealer promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Customer Experience

- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved professionally and efficiently.
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and product knowledge.

Store Operations

- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure accurate transactions, inventory control, merchandising,



and loss prevention.
- Maintain store presentation and compliance with TELUS and company policies.
- Review sales reports and operational results to identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in retail management, wireless telecommunications, or a sales leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- A strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using sales reporting tools, point-of-sale systems, and retail technology.
- A hands-on leadership style and a willingness to lead from the sales floor.

TELUS or telecommunications industry experience is highly valued. Experience with wireless devices, mobility plans, upgrades, and retail sales is a strong asset.
