About the Position

This role combines front-counter customer service, inside sales, point-of-sale transactions, and general warehouse support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing purchases, helping locate products, and ensuring our warehouse remains organized and safe.

Previous experience in industrial sales is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in person, providing friendly and skilled service.
- Help customers find the products they need and recommend suitable alternatives when necessary.
- Process customer purchases and credit card payments using our Streamline point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Answer customer questions and provide product information to the best of your ability.
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing inventory.




- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, free of debris and clutter.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Friendly, personable, and approachable with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
- Comfortable learning computer software and point-of-sale systems.
- Willingness to assist with hands-on warehouse duties, including stocking and order picking.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Industrial sales, customer service, retail, or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required.
